Personal Training Program This is a monthly membership.
The PT Program covers Bio Metrix Training, Weight Training, Cross Conditioning, Nutrition, Kick Boxing and Self Defense. Covers up to 20 sessions per Month. All equipment provided; however, some individuals like having specific equipment. See list below...
We will take initial weight and body measurments; talk about and set goals with an outline to reach them, and any medical issues or injuries we need to work with/monitor.
Resent Results: Each clients health and loss average have been 20-40 lbs with 6- 20 inches dropped. (WOW)
These classes are fun and are never the same to keep you motived to reach your goals to a better you! There is bottled water available and included in this membership.
Gloves for Kick Box
Classes time options:
Monday - Friday 7:30 - 10:30 am and 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
Saturday AM upon Request - $25 NO SHOW FEE without cancelation.
